This Privacy Policy covers all data collected and used by Failure Free Reading Online. In addition, this Privacy Policy provides further information and privacy protections for our users who are under the age of 13.

Types of Information Collected and How It Is Used

Customer Account Information

The following information (first name, last name, address, email, account password, credit card information, and billing address) is collected to facilitate payment for the subscription service to Failure Free Reading’s online talking software program. This information is collected for internal purposes only. It will be used to process payment for subscription services and for email or postal newsletters related to the Failure Free Reading educational solutions. None of this information will be shared with third parties.

Teacher Information

The following information (teacher name, password, e-mail) is collected for operation of the software – to maintain organization of classroom rosters and to facilitate password protected access to the online software. This information is collected when a school representative or the teacher enters the information into the Admin Tools. Teacher names may be used for email or print newsletters related to the Failure Free Reading educational solutions. None of this information will be shared with third parties.

Student/Child Information

The following information (child’s first name, child’s last name, child’s grade in school, child’s school, gender, birth date, and instructional language) is collected for operation of the software – to maintain organization of classroom rosters and to deliver age-appropriate, language-specific, reading lessons. This information is collected during the enrollment process performed by the parent or school personnel. In addition, during the operation of the online talking software program, the following information (current lesson bookmark, Diagnostic Prescriptive test results, Joseph’s Readers test results, and/or Verbal Master test results) is collected and updated to provide the parent or teacher with information on the child’s use and progress within the program.

Parents will have access to their children’s information through the online management tools and will have the ability to delete their child from the system.

Teachers will have access to their students’ information through the online management tools and will have the ability to delete any student’s information from the system.

Participation in the Failure Free Reading online talking software program is not contingent upon disclosure of this information. It is used to facilitate the operation of the software – to ensure that children receive age-appropriate, language-specific, reading lessons. None of this information will be shared with third parties.

Disclosure of Information

Failure Free Reading uses account holder information for internal order processing. We do not provide or make available any of your information to parties outside of Failure Free Reading. Your customer account information (credit card information) is used for order processing only.

Your e-mail and postal address will be used to send you updates on the status of your order and for email or print newsletters related to the Failure Free Reading educational solutions. Directions on how to unsubscribe from our e-mail or print newsletters will be listed in each newsletter mailing.
